UI/UX Design Company in India

Interfaces designed in Dehradun for the full range of Indian users, from metro professionals to first-time smartphone users in small towns.

UI/UX Design for India

UI/UX Design, built around how India works

Designing for India means designing for very different users at once: a professional in Gurugram on a flagship phone and a shopkeeper in a hill town using a budget Android phone in Hindi. Many users are new to apps, rely on icons and voice, and abandon flows that feel confusing or risky with money. Our UI/UX design team in Dehradun designs for that whole range.

We deliver research findings, wireframes, clickable prototypes and a design system in Figma that developers can implement directly. Indian clients can join workshops at our Dehradun office, and we run research sessions both in person in Uttarakhand and remotely with users in other states.

Designing for users beyond the metros

Users outside the big cities often prefer their own language, scan rather than read, and trust familiar patterns from apps they already use daily. We design with icons paired with text labels, short Hindi or regional language copy written by people who speak it, voice input where it helps and flows that need as little typing as possible.

  • Devanagari and other Indic fonts tested for legibility on small screens
  • Layouts that tolerate longer text in Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam
  • Data-light images and screens that load progressively
  • Clear prices, delivery dates and refund timelines to build trust
  • Visible help through WhatsApp or a phone number

Payments, trust and ethical design

Money moments decide whether users come back. UPI flows should show the amount and payee clearly, handle a pending status calmly and explain refunds in plain words. The Central Consumer Protection Authority's guidelines on dark patterns rule out false urgency, forced action, subscription traps and confusing cancellation flows, so we design honest alternatives that still convert. This is general information, not legal advice.

Accessibility and GIGW

Government websites and apps follow GIGW, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 supports accessibility in public services. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA, the current W3C standard, test with TalkBack and screen readers in English and Hindi and check contrast and target sizes on the low-end screens many Indian users have. Our accessibility testing service can audit existing products.

What our UI/UX design covers

User research, interface design and design systems for web and mobile products people find easy to use.

  1. 01

    UX Strategy and Flows

User journeys, task flows and information architecture that define how people move through your product before visual design begins.

  2. 02

    Wireframing

Low-fidelity layouts that settle structure, content priority and navigation quickly, so feedback focuses on function rather than colours.

  3. 03

    Mobile App UI Design

iOS and Android interfaces that respect platform conventions, thumb reach and small screens while staying true to your brand.

  4. 04

    Web and SaaS UI Design

Dashboards, data tables, forms and settings screens designed for clarity, including the empty, loading and error states most designs forget.

  5. 05

    Design Systems

Reusable Figma components, tokens and usage guidelines that keep design consistent and speed up both designers and developers.

  6. 06

    UX Audit

A heuristic review of an existing product that highlights usability issues with annotated screenshots and a prioritised list of fixes.

  7. 07

    Accessible Design

Contrast, focus states, touch targets and readable type designed to WCAG guidelines from the very first wireframe onwards.

  8. 08

    Developer Handoff

Annotated Figma files, specs, assets and design reviews during development, so the built product matches the approved design.

How a project runs

Clear stages with a review at the end of each, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

  1. 01

    Discover

Stakeholder and user interviews, analytics review and a competitor scan.

  2. 02

    Define

Personas, journeys, information architecture and key flows.

  3. 03

    Design

Wireframes, then high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in Figma.

UI/UX Design in India, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask a consultant and get a reply within one business day.

Can you design apps in Hindi and other Indian languages?

Yes. We design layouts that handle Indic scripts and longer text, choose fonts that render well on budget phones and work with native speakers or your team for copy. We avoid literal translations of English, since everyday Hindi in apps often mixes in familiar English words.

How do you do user research for Indian audiences?

We combine interviews and usability tests with real users, in person around Dehradun and remotely elsewhere, with analytics and support tickets from your existing product. Sessions run in the participant's preferred language. Our UX research service describes the methods we use.

Do you only design, or also build?

Both. You can hire us for design alone and hand the Figma files to your developers, or have our engineering team build what we design. When we build, designers stay involved during development to review screens and adjust details that only show up on real devices.
