What Garhwal Mobile needed

Garhwal Mobile wanted to reach customers beyond its physical store and give them a convenient way to shop from their phones. Most of its customers use Android devices, so a native shopping experience on Android was the natural starting point.

The app needed to make browsing and ordering simple for customers, while giving the business an easy way to manage products, prices and orders without technical help.

02Our approach

How we built it

Nexzem designed and developed an Android eCommerce app with a product catalogue, search and categories, a cart and checkout flow, and order history so customers can follow their purchases.

Behind the app, an admin panel lets the Garhwal Mobile team add and update products, manage stock and prices, and process orders as they come in.

What changed

• Customers can browse and order from Garhwal Mobile on their phones at any time.
• The business has a sales channel beyond its physical store.
• Staff manage products and orders from one place.
• Customers can check their order status without calling the store.
