1. Payments

All payments made through our website or associated payment platform are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
We do not store or have access to your card or banking details.


2. Cancellation Policy

Since we offer digital/technology services, cancellations may depend on the stage of work or service type.

  • Before service begins: You may request cancellation, subject to approval.

  • After work has started: Cancellation may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to partial deduction based on work completed.

If the payment was made by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment

  • Payment processed but service cannot be delivered

  • Any valid billing error made on our side

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after service has begun

  • Completed work or delivered digital services

  • Delays caused by third-party dependencies or lack of required information from the client

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.


4. No Guarantee of Refund Without Approval

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
All cases will be reviewed individually based on service type and usage.
